Our team collaborates closely with our trade partners to provide you with comprehensive project estimates, ensuring there are no surprises later on.
What to expect during phase 2:
From conception to completion, we coordinate all aspects of the construction process. Shawn, our founder, will be your direct contact. He is also the key contact for all subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspectors. And don’t worry; our office will take care of all the administrative work, so you can sit back, relax, and watch your vision become a reality.
What to expect during phase 3:
After construction, we schedule a walk-through with each client to identify and address any final details. We also offer a one-year follow-up walk-through to ensure every inch of your new home is perfect.
What to expect during phase 4:
Shawn and his crew have built a gorgous outdoor living area addition onto our home. The quality of workmanship is unbelievble. You have to see it to believe it! Every detail has been accounted for.
