You are at the start of your home-building journey. This phase includes construction contracting, final plan review & engineering details, permitting, and final cost-estimation.
Construction
Well on your way with many elements and details in motion. We are your direct onsite contact seeing to all aspects of the construction process including scheduling and selections.
Post-Construction
You’ve reached your destination. Expect a certificate of completion, a scheduled walk through, and 100% satisfaction on your new custom home.
